Newborn Sessions

Beautiful, Timeless photographs of your little one and the special moments you never want to forget.

Your little one will never be this tiny again, and newborn photography is all about preserving those precious early days before they pass by in the blink of an eye.

Newborn sessions are relaxed and baby-led, typically lasting between 2–3 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, settling and cuddles. This gentle approach ensures your baby remains comfortable throughout the session and allows me to create the beautiful, sleepy portraits that parents love.

When booking, I will reserve your due date in my diary. As babies rarely arrive exactly on schedule, your due date acts as a guide and your session date will be confirmed once your little one has arrived. To ensure flexibility for all my newborn families, I only take on a limited number of newborn bookings each month.

Then once your baby is here, simply send me a message and we will arrange a session date that works for us both. The ideal time to photograph newborns is within the first few weeks, when they are naturally sleepier, curl up comfortably, and are more likely to settle into those beautiful newborn poses. As babies grow, they become more alert and active, making these early weeks the perfect time for a newborn session.

Newborn sessions are scheduled within the first 1–4 weeks after your baby’s arrival and take place Weekday mornings only in my studio.
